Duties Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Implement change management processes to adapt to evolving project requirements. Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track. Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes for project resources. Utilize tools such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Confluence, and Agile methodologies for efficient project execution. Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback. Ensure compliance with budget constraints through effective cost control measures. Maintain comprehensive documentation of project requirements, schedules, and changes. Experience Proven experience in project management roles with a strong track record of successful project delivery. Familiarity with requirements management processes and tools. Proficiency in project scheduling techniques and software. Experience in vendor management and collaboration with external partners. Knowledge of Agile methodologies is preferred; certification is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
