$35 – 38 per hourWe are looking for a proactive and strategic Project Manager to support our client’s Paid Social Media Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be the organizational heartbeat behind their campaigns, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You’ll collaborate across departments, manage team bandwidth, and provide clear communication to both internal stakeholders and external partners. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented problem-solvers who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about driving results through streamlined project execution.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful execution of paid social campaigns.
Monitor team workload and adjust project scopes or media plans as needed to maximize efficiency.
Track and analyze project performance, delivering key insights and progress reports to stakeholders. Serve as a communication hub, aligning teams and partners on project status, deliverables, and expectations.
Proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Stay informed on evolving industry trends, tools, and best practices to optimize project outcomes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management, specifically in social media marketing.
Strong understanding of paid social media advertising strategies.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
