Compensation:
$40,000 base salary + performance bonuses up to $5,000 per deal About the
Role:
Juici Patties USA is growing fast — but we need speed to match. We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Real Estate Project Coordinator to help our franchisees secure high-quality restaurant locations quickly.
You’ll be the glue between our franchisees, realtors, and our internal real estate team.
Your job:
follow up relentlessly, clear roadblocks, and help franchisees sign lease agreements on time — or ahead of schedule.
Responsibilities:
Follow up with realtors, brokers, franchisees, and Juici Patties HQ to keep lease deals moving Track milestones from the start of site search through lease signing Support franchisees with scheduling tours, collecting documents, and submitting sites for approval Ensure proposed locations meet Juici Patties’ real estate standards Escalate delays and collaborate with internal teams to keep deals on track
Bonus Structure:
$2,000 bonus for leases signed in
