Senior Project Manager – Residential Production Homes
A leading residential production home builder is seeking a process-driven, detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to oversee the full scope of project administration across multiple communities. This role is perfect for a seasoned PM who thrives in a fast-paced, volume-driven environment and is an expert in managing the paperwork and processes that keep projects moving efficiently and on budget.
About the Role
You’ll be the go-to person for project documentation, coordination, and process control, working closely with field teams, trade partners, consultants, and internal departments. Your focus will be on managing RFIs, submittals, pay applications, permitting, change orders, and closeout documentation—ensuring no detail is missed across concurrent multi-home builds.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all project administration for multiple production home communities
Process and track RFIs, submittals, contracts, permits, and change orders
Coordinate with internal design, purchasing, and construction departments
Manage subcontractor/vendor pay applications and ensure timely approval and release
Monitor budgets, schedules, and milestone deliverables across active jobs
Support field teams with up-to-date plans, scopes, and technical documents
Maintain comprehensive project documentation for audits and closeouts
Ensure compliance with company standards and municipal requirements
What We’re Looking For
8+ years of residential construction project management experience (production or commercial)
Proven ability to manage complex project documentation at scale
Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
Technically confident and able to interface with all departments and vendors
Comfortable in a high-volume, schedule-driven environment
Professional, proactive, and effective communicaton
Not currently self-employed – looking for long-term team alignment and growth

Base Salary
