The Strategic Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex projects for high-value enterprise clients. Working in close partnership with the Account Manager, this role ensures that strategic initiatives, custom solutions, and special projects meet business objectives, client expectations, and deadlines. The role requires strong cross-departmental coordination, stakeholder communication, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of special projects tied to enterprise accounts. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with Account Managers and clients. Manage project timelines, risks, and budgets across multiple internal teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Marketing, Support, Legal). Track project progress using appropriate tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet). Serve as a liaison between internal departments to align on project goals and requirements. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with client needs. Engage Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders for contractual, compliance, or billing elements of a project. Work in tandem with the Account Manager to ensure that enterprise client expectations are clearly communicated and met. Participate in client calls and project planning sessions when necessary. Provide visibility into project progress, timelines, and issues. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize enterprise project delivery. Provide insights and recommendations for enterprise service offerings based on project outcomes. Document learnings and outcomes for future project replication or scaling.

Requirements:

5+ years experience in project management, client success, or operations (preferably with enterprise clients). Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects . Familiarity with enterprise client dynamics , including high expectations for customization, communication, and outcomes. Strong working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
