Lead and manage a large signature project or several projects and project teams while achieving financial control and attaining profit goals for each project. Guide signature projects or multiple projects and teams operationally through each phase: Business Development, Preconstruction, Construction, Closeout, and Post-construction services/warranty. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation. Train the current Project Management teams and develop their skills for growth. What You Bring to the Table 15+ years of construction management experience, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role. Must be willing and able to travel to various project sites in-town and/or out-of-town for extended periods of time daily/weekly/monthly or as required in the execution of your responsibilities. Must possess the ability to build positive and sustainable relationships with clients, designers, engineers, municipalities, peers, subordinates and vendors. Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrate willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore/Project Sight, P6 Primavera, MS Project, Viewpoint, Viewpoint Field Work Center, and HCSS.
