Job DescriptionSummaryThe Project Manager supports technical projects in a fast-paced TIC environment. This role acts as a liaison between Sales, Laboratory Teams, and Clients to ensure testing projects are executed accurately, on schedule, and with proper documentation.

Job FunctionsCoordinate internal and external project activities from initiation to final report and certificationTrack project milestones, testing progress, and documentation statusCommunicate updates, risks, and timelines to clients and stakeholdersCollaborate with technical leads to assist with lab scheduling and prioritizationResolve logistical and coordination issuesEnsure timely delivery of test reports and certificatesPerform additional administrative duties as neededQualificationsEducation High school diploma or GED and 5+ years of relevant project coordination or technical experienceExperience5+ years of project coordination or management experience, preferably in a lab or technical settingFamiliarity with test reports, quality documentation, or regulatory workflows a plusLicenses and CertificationsProject Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus but not requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Basic understanding of testing, inspection, and certification processesFamiliarity with

ISO 17025, ISO

17065, and/or other regulatory standardsKnowledge of project tracking tools and document management systemsAwareness of technical terminology related to lab testing and complianceStrong communication, organizational and time management skillsProblem-solving and issue resolutionMulti-tasking across concurrent projects and deadlinesCoordinate activities across technical and administrative teamsInterpret technical scopes and client requirements to support project executionAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks independentlyAdapt to changing priorities and manage project risks proactivelyProblem-solving mindset with attention to detail in deadline-driven environmentsComputer SkillsProficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)Proficient in project tracking tools Additional InformationBenefitsCompetitive salary.
