The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Duties Support project managers in coordinating project activities and resources. Help maintain project documentation, contracts, and reports. Utilize tools such as for project tracking and collaboration. Conduct regular updates on project progress and communicate with team members to ensure alignment. Participate in meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items. Maintain organized files for easy access to project information.
