The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial masonry construction or as a trade contractor, excellent analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish. Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, industry standards, and client expectations. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to prevent delays or cost overruns. Review contracts and scopes of work. Prepare, review, and track project Change Orders, Submittals, Shop Drawings, and RFIs. Perform takeoffs and prepare pricing for RFIs and Bulletins. Conduct site visits and quality inspections to ensure work is completed to the specified standards and assess project conditions and requirements. Manage the procurement of materials and resources to ensure project success. Source and negotiate pricing and POs/contracts with suppliers. Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering. Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure alignment on budget and project expectations.

Qualifications & Skills:

5+ years of experience in managing projects as a trade subcontractor. Strong knowledge of masonry materials and construction techniques. Ability to read and interpret specifications, architectural, and structural plans. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members. Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.

Proficient in:

MS Office Suite, Procore, Bluebeam, Smartsheet Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
