Control the rate of production andquality on all projects, their associated cost and expectedreceipts. Establish base line and monitor construction schedules.
Insure construction schedules are adhered and deadlines met. Securebuilding permits, licenses and occupancy certificates.
Monitor/control construction through administrative direction ofon-site Superintendent to ensure building the project on scheduleand within budget. Investigate potentially serious situations andimplement corrective measures. Manage financial aspects ofcontracts (fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses, etc.) toprotect company’s interest and simultaneously maintain goodrelationship with client and Architect. Review job cost reports andmaintain accurate and timely indicated cost reporting. Coordinatemeetings with Owner’s representatives, Architects/Engineers forobtaining approvals to jointly discuss procedures, progress,problems and scheduling. Assist in preparation of bid dayinformation. Author and issue meeting minutes promptly. Scheduleand assist in progress meetings with Trade Contractors andConstruction Superintendents. Secure scheduling for equipment,material, shop drawing submittals and deliveries. Assume additionalresponsibilities or special projects as needed Profile Thesuccessful Construction Project Manager•Sitework will have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, BuildingConstruction Technology, or related field preferred 3-7 years ofexperience as a Project Manager (running work as a lead) Siteworkproject experience required (excavation, foundations, undergroundutilities, eathwork, etc) Strong technology skills such asbluebeam, procore, ms project, et. Ability to plan, organize, andcoordinate multiple projects Strong computer literacy/softwareexperience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Job OfferThe Construction Project Manager•Sitework will receive:
