Assistant Project Manager 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Foxborough, MA 02035 Assistant Project Manager Tower Construction Corp. is currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to work in our Operations group. Candidates must possess strong written/verbal communication skills, organizational skills and be a quick learner. Previous experience or exposure in the construction industry is preferred. Responsibilities include :
- Assisting Project Managers with scheduling, submittals, and project follow-up.
- Developing contract and change orders for multiple construction projects.
- Communicate with architects, subcontractors, engineers, etc.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills :
- 1+ years of office experience.
- Previous experience or exposure in the construction industry preferred.
- General understanding of plans and specifications preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high volume environment and multitask under pressure to meet established company goals.
- Must be able to work with others as part of a team.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), AIA software, and Construction software.
Education Level:
High School Diploma/GED equivalent or above.
