Do $300M per year. Touch on just abouteverything from community and municipal, healthcare, entertainment,large developments, retail and multi-family projects. Fullyfunctioning ESOP. Description Work closely with the client fromstart to end of project. Ensure you understand whole project scopeand vision of all projects. Prepare and submit project estimates toclients. Negotiate with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors. Holdmeetings on-site with client, architect and construction crew.

Oversee beginning of each turn-key project, including all detailssuch as permit submission and design evaluations. Review projectproposal, drawings and plans to determine all project details suchas time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishingprojects, staffing requirements, and allotment of availableresources to various phases of the project. Profile Bachelor’sdegree (Preferably in Construction Management, Civil Engineering orArchitecture). 6 years working in the construction/projectmanagement space. Proficient in construction software. Excellentwritten and oral communication skills. Experience working withretail construction.
