We specialize in high-quality outdoor projects including hardscapes, plantings, drainage, and maintenance. With over a decade of experience and a reputation for detail and reliability, we’re looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to help us manage our growing list of jobs.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on, dependable Assistant Project Manager to support our lead PM on smaller landscape jobs. This role is ideal for someone with field experience who’s ready to step up into a leadership/support role—helping coordinate crews, picking up and delivering materials, and keeping small projects moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Lead Project Manager on daily operations Pick up and deliver materials and supplies to job sites Coordinate laborers and oversee small landscape installs or tasks Ensure crews stay on schedule and projects meet quality standards Communicate with clients or homeowners as needed on smaller jobs Assist with site prep, cleanup, and minor installations when needed Report back daily on progress, delays, or issues

Requirements:

Prior landscaping or construction experience preferred Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to manage a small crew and communicate clearly Comfortable driving a truck and trailer Organized and self-motivated Reliable and punctual Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
