candidate for the position of Assistant Project Manager. A leading St. Louis-based manufacturer is seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Assistant Project Manager .

Key responsibilities include:

Manage all aspects of client relationships with assigned accounts and customers, including all communications, generation of quotes and orders, schedule updates, tracking of timelines, and any other information needed to keep customers updated throughout the order process. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure the on-time completion of material receipt, engineering drawings, programming, and customer approvals, thereby facilitating order completion. Troubleshoot issues as they arise to keep projects on track most effectively. Manage multiple simultaneous project jobs and schedules.
