Position Overview:

ERP Project Manager Seeking a dedicated ERP Project Manager to join our Accounting and Finance team. As an ERP Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the company’s implementation of Sage X3 as the company’s ERP system. Reporting to the company’s VP of Finance, this role will develop and maintain all scheduling of tasks, milestones, and deliverables. Ensuring all bottlenecks and obstacles are quickly resolved, to maintain a constant forward motion to the project. Facilitating communication between all stakeholders to decrease task completion time and maintain constant project status visibility. Project Timeline Develop and maintain a complete project timeline with detailed tasks, deliverables, and milestone deadlines. Monitor project progress and allocate appropriate resources to maintain project forward momentum and completion date. Manage stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure timely completion and resolution of all project activities. Defines and manages scope, costs, and all resources. Maintains all coordinates all communications between stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure all contacts maintain a consistent level of understanding of project status. Addresses any issues that arise and develop action plan to resolve. ERP Implementation Good understanding of ERP system frameworks and functionality. Assist with data query, scrubbing, and importing. Process flow creation of legacy procedures to new ERP procedures. Develop training process and schedule to facilitate ERP users’ knowledge assimilation. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing to unsure valid operation of ERP. Education Secondary education or relevant project management or ERP implementation experience required. Bachelor’s degree, or above, in business with project management, or software engineering are preferred. Skills and Qualifications Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good understanding of excel functions, pivot tables, and data source linking. Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
