Full Job Description :

The Security Project Manager is a key operational leader within GardaWorld, responsible for managing personnel and overseeing a larger strategic account. In this role, you will be tasked with the management, development, and engagement of all personnel at the assigned client site. Additionally, you will provide operational support for the account, including scheduling, payroll, compliance, post-order development, performance metrics tracking, and employee recruiting, discipline, recognition, training, and inspections. Louis, MO Set Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require long hours and weekend work.

GardaWorld Travel:

Travel expectations vary by branch, with daily visits to client sites within the market. Your Responsibilities Responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, including client and employee relations. Act as the main point of contact for Primary clients contact assigned project locations. Manage the site(s) schedule to include responsibility of eliminating non-billed overtime. Manage staff to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable laws. Conduct training on post orders, as well as company policy and procedures. Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes. Administer counseling and disciplinary actions as needed. Maintain ongoing and proactive client contact, including site visits, meeting attendance, timely response and follow up, phone calls, lunches, and other special events to ensure satisfaction and retention. Create a positive work environment. Presents oneself in a professional manner through appearance and conduct. Communicate with all levels of staff and clientele effectively and routinely. Communicate with branch management regarding all issues, scheduling, staffing and record keeping that are related to the client. Complete and compile reports on an as needed basis for the client and branch Direct and indirect supervision of security staff, including training and development and legal compliance. Ensure oversight and regular use of financial reports to manage key branch measurements, such as non-billed overtime and scheduling efficiency. Performing Security Officer duties when needed. Add additional qualifications as needed/required.

Your Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree and 2 years of operational experience, or 5 years of experience in the security or management fields Authorized to work in the United States Able to pass an extensive screening process. Add additional qualifications as needed/required.
