The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and team members. Responsibilities Assist in the planning and execution of projects from inception to completion. Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, blueprints, schematics, and estimates. Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to address any issues or changes. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project specifications. Support the preparation of reports and presentations for project meetings. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or as a Project Coordinator in the construction industry. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with team members and clients. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
