We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account & Project Coordinator to support several high-profile, national retail programs for Fortune 100 clients. This role is ideal for an early-career professional seeking to develop account and project coordination skills while supporting key retail and brand partners and learning under the guidance of an experienced Account Director. In this role, you’ll support daily project activity, client communication, and internal coordination for two dynamic client programs. You’ll play a crucial role in the seamless execution of large-scale, nationwide retail initiatives while delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist in managing and tracking active jobs, including design, estimating, production, and shipment follow-through.
  • Monitor delivery timelines and ensure accurate, on-time shipments.
  • Help resolve scheduling conflicts, production discrepancies, and customer service issues.
  • Manage inventory levels, confirm shipping accuracy, and report on project status.
  • Conduct store visits and photo audits as needed.
  • Enter requests and documentation into internal systems (e.g., design briefs, estimate forms, production orders).
  • Maintain project files and ensure proper communication flow to production. Support for Consumer Electronics Retailer Brand Programs
  • Help coordinate brand programs destined for a national consumer electronics retailer, supporting internal execution and brand communications.
  • Track status updates and share relevant information with the Account Director and cross-functional teams.
  • Organize and update materials for client meetings and internal planning sessions. Client Interaction & Internal Coordination
  • Act as an internal point of contact for work related to both the home improvement and consumer electronics retail channels, ensuring updates and requests are communicated efficiently.
  • Prepare client-facing documents (e.g., pricing confirmations, project trackers) under guidance from the Account Director.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, estimating, production, logistics) to move projects forward.
  • Follow up on and ensure project milestones and timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with vendors (sometimes at remote locations), engineering teams, and international partners/team members.
  • Participate in store visits and visual documentation, as necessary. Strategic Exposure
  • Learn how key retail relationships contribute to brand growth and referral opportunities.
  • Support the Account Director by staying informed on brand activities within these national retail environments and by relaying insights to the Account Director.
  • Observe how the Account Director proactively develops opportunities and supports cross-program initiatives across LG&P and its broader brand offering.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Account coordination, Client service, or Project management (internships included).

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Attributes:
  • Eager to learn and grow in both client service and project execution.
  • Curious, organized, and proactive.
  • Capable of following structured processes while remaining flexible when plans evolve.
