Installation Project Manager Summary :

The Installation Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the seamless execution of installation projects from inception to completion. They coordinate pre-installation activities, collaborate closely with installation teams, and ensure all necessary documentation and resources are in place for successful project delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate initial discovery calls with customers to set up customer expectations and verify all needed information to ensure installations are successful. Participate in scheduled meetings with our card Reader partners to discuss project timing. Participate/Lead Bi-Weekly Calendar status call. Maintain the installation calendar in real time to reflect all changes that are made on a daily basis. Book and manage travel arrangements for the installation team on every major installation. Book and manage infrastructure for every major installation. Communicate with installation managers all relevant details for each project. Communicate with branch offices regarding all local project statuses. Create and update punch list documents in the Installation SharePoint. Verify the accuracy of the game list, obtain PO numbers for games, and obtain/assign card reader Mac ID’s. Coordinate pre-installation calls with customers to ensure everything is set and ready for installation. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Strong project management abilities including planning, scheduling, budgeting, etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have good skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, and AS400. Strong customer service focus. Strong problem-solving skills – ability to identify potential issues or obstacles during the installation process and develop effective solutions to address them promptly. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and ensure that installations are completed on schedule and within budget.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range:

$60,000 – $65,000 a year depending on experience. Casual work environment. Paid Holiday, Vacation and Sick.
