We are expanding and looking for a Project Administrative Manager to help us maintain and grow our operations. Job Responsibilities Love speaking on the phone ? Perfect! You’ll regularly communicate with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries. Track and manage estimates, inspections, and permits for multiple projects. Coordinate and monitor project timelines, tasks, and deliverables. Handle administrative tasks related to electrical projects, including QuickBooks entries and documentation. Qualifications Experience in the electrical or construction industry (preferred).
Bilingual:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (required). Passionate about client communication, especially over the phone. Proficient in QuickBooks (required). Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask.

$1,000.00 – $1,500.00 per week
