This role requires effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive project success. Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring alignment with business processes.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions to understand stakeholder needs and expectations.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
• Monitor project progress and performance using VersionOne or similar project management tools.
• Implement quality management practices to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
• Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Manage contracts and agreements related to project deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience
• Proven experience in project management roles, demonstrating strong project leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in requirements analysis and business process modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with VersionOne or similar project management software is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to facilitate meetings effectively.
