You’ll act as the key point of contact between clients, the shop team, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily workflow and progress of all active projects Coordinate scheduling between departments (wrap, tint, body work, etc.) Maintain clear communication with clients regarding updates, ETAs, and changes Ensure all jobs meet our standards before delivery Track and manage inventory for materials and parts needed per project Work directly with the owner and shop leads to plan, delegate, and adjust timelines Handle unexpected issues or delays with professionalism and urgency Keep detailed notes, records, and updates using our CRM/project board

Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management, auto, or service-based environments preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and leadership ability Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Experience in auto or customization industry is a big plus Tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling/project management tools
