Qualifications, Duties & Responsibilities:

Travel:

Enterprise Technicians Travel Regionally & Nationwide approximately 80% of the time to
deliver our services at the quality level our clients havee to expect. Technicians do and are
expected to travel for multiple days but not usually more than a week at a time.
Data Center Experience
o 1 Year Experience is a plus.
o Physically de-racking and/or re-racking of Network, Storage, Server assets (Rack & Stack)
o Cable Removal

• within Rack, above and below racks.
  o Rack Removals
  o Know Data Center Protocols for the intention of knowing how toplete project scopes while
  onsite.
  Office Dmissioning and Relocations
  Ability to work in physically intense projects & environments.
  ComptiaA+ Certification is a plus.
  Erasure
• Experience in wiping hard drives utilizing 3rd party software such as Blancco or EPS is a plus.
  Intermediate PC Skills
• MS Office with an emphasis on Excel, Outlook, Teams and Word.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work
efficiently under supervision Can Do Attitude
Effectivemunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
environment.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to security protocols when handling sensitive
information or equipment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures as required.
Ability to multitask.
High School diploma or equivalent qualification required.
