Job Description
Project Coordinator Uniquely Anew Califon, NJ 07830 Responsibilities Your job responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Receive, label, and organize incoming packages; ensuring accurate tracking and cross-checking with databases and coworkers
- Inventory management
- Handle, inspect, and deliver client merchandise to projects
- Determine delivery timelines and devise routes to maximize efficiency
- Assess project sites and coordinate with contractors and project managers to establish project readiness
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors, contractors, and clients to provide fast, reliable project updates
- Gather site pictures, measurements, and project details for the team
- May assist with job site walk-throughs and measurements Reports To The Project Coordinator position reports directly to the Director of Purchasing and will work closely with all other members of the UA Designs team.
Work Hours The Project Coordinator position is full-time. UA Designs’ normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
