Senior Project Manager Market Tree Research Somerset, NJ 08873 This is a full-time on-site role located in Somerset, NJ for a Senior Project Development Manager. The Senior Project Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of construction projects, managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and operations, to identify project requirements and develop project plans. The Senior Project Development Manager will also manage project budgets, track progress, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, and budget management Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in project management software and tools Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
