Project Manager (Jamaica, NY) Study job specifications to determine construction methods. Compute loads, stress factors and other engineering calculations. Prepare blueprints, sketches and plans in AutoCAD software. Schedule and budget projects, prepare contracts with clients, architects, and subcontractors. Inspect sites for progress, conformance to specifications and safety. Bachelor’s Degree required.
