    Responsibilities:

    Project Coordination Assist with planning, scheduling, and executing stone and tile projects. Monitor timelines and ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials. Support communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors. Shadow Project Managers to gain hands-on project management experience. Sales & Client Support Engage with clients to understand project goals and recommend tailored solutions. Represent Neureise Group at networking events and industry meetings to generate leads. Assist with lead follow-up and support successful sales conversions.

    • Analyze blueprints and bid documents, and use estimating software to provide detailed and timely bids.
    • Conduct post-bid follow-ups to secure contracts.

    Technical Product Knowledge Learn and maintain expertise in natural stone materials and fabrication processes. Confidently communicate product features, applications, and benefits to clients. Attend industry workshops, trade shows, and training sessions to stay informed. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication. Conduct regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business. Serve as a trusted point of contact, ensuring an exceptional client experience. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of project milestones, sales activities, and client interactions. Use insights from data and feedback to recommend process improvements. Team Collaboration Coordinate with internal fabrication and management teams to align on client expectations. Share client insights and feedback to support continuous improvement. Supervise and support Assistant Project Manager Issue Resolution Proactively identify and address project challenges. Communicate resolutions clearly and promptly to clients and team members. Additional Duties Take on other responsibilities as needed to support overall team and project success.

    What We’re Looking For:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
    • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, sales, or a related role; experience in the construction or architectural surfaces industry is a plus.
    • Proven ability to communicate effectively in client-facing and team settings.
    • Strong sales aptitude, with the ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of On-Screen Takeoff is a plus.
    • Experience with estimating, procurement, or construction documentation is a plus
    • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
    • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Eagerness to learn and grow technical knowledge through ongoing training and industry exposure.
    • Comfortable attending client meetings, networking events, and trade shows.
