Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders—including trading desks, sales, product, legal, compliance, and risk—and the Technology and Operations teams. You will join the Capital Markets Platform team, which manages a wide spectrum of products including Equities, Options, Fixed Income, Syndicate, FX, and Futures. This role offers the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in Capital Markets workflows, with a particular focus on Syndicate product streams and associated technical modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product owners to define, prioritize, and maintain product roadmaps and release plans
Translate complex business requirements into detailed workflows, use cases, and user journeys that align with strategic goals
Assist with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and documentation of epics and user stories for agile teams
Define and review acceptance criteria and test cases; support and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Analyze and document data flows, data models, and datasets required for internal digital solutions
Serve as a communication bridge between business users and developers, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives
Partner with cross-functional teams—including UX, legal, compliance, risk, cybersecurity, and operations—to gather requirements and align project deliverables
Prepare executive presentations, user demos, and status updates for senior leadership
Aggregate internal and external feedback to identify feature gaps and recommend improvements
Collaborate with UI/UX teams to shape intuitive product designs and user flows
Work with the Program Management Office to effectively organize and schedule product releases
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure user adoption and product success Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Software Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Project Manager
Demonstrated success in delivering web or mobile applications in Agile/Scrum environments
Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
Strong communication skills—able to articulate complex requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
