Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for helping to keep projects organized, timelines on track, and documentation in order. This position supports multiple high-impact projects and plays a key role in ensuring communication and execution flow smoothly from kickoff to closeout. Job Status (FLSA):

Full-Time, Non-Exempt Location:

As assigned.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

The following list of responsibilities is not all inclusive, additional projects and/or tasks may be assigned to meet operational needs. DVM retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position should operational needs warrant. Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and training sessions, including preparing agendas and distributing minutes. Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, reports, drawings, specifications, and change orders. Track project progress against established milestones and deliverables, identifying potential delays or risks. Processing purchase orders, vendor paperwork, and subcontractor compliance. Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and services as needed for projects. Escalate critical issues to Project Managers in a timely manner. Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and improvements within the department. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field preferred, or 1-3 years of directly applicable experience in a similar role, within a manufacturing environment. Satisfactory completion of additional background and drug screening.

Physical Requirements:

The work environment is a typical office environment, with quiet to moderate noise levels, and traditional lighting. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and operating a computer. Must be able to communicate effectively using phones or computer software. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the assigned facilities. Must be able to travel between DVM locations as needed, some travel could require overnight stays.
