MAJOR DUTIES

NCC Automated Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects. We are looking for individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing timelines, and ensuring that all project deliverables are met. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Entry Order entry into the ERP system for all orders except Spares Project Budget creation and control when scope requires Project Management of ALL GL Projects Order confirmation Customer communication with respect to Delivery, downpayments, any technical questions, clarifications, both post-order and prior to shipment Any warranty issues or requests from customers, in conjunction with Aftermarket. Glide-Line project representation at DVM’s (3x/week) Glide-Line scope management including COR control Launch meetings when scope requires Material Resource Forecasting based Upon Sales Pipeline Monitor PO Dashboard for late (& RMA) parts that might impact Ops schedule – communicate to appropriate parties. Internal shipment documentation Pre-Engineered and Marco Product Line ownership (when required) including: Order Confirmation PO placement to Marco Releasing Marco stock orders to the shop Ownership of project revenue recognition and project close out steps per SOX SOP. Monitor vendor deliveries, report shipments to customer and Supply Chain to receive and close out. GGOB / Revenue reporting & forecasting Owning Project Close Out/Ship in ERP system for all projects in accordance with SOX narrative

Follow all Company Safety Policies and Procedures, as well as the safety requirements of our customers where applicable. Immediate reporting of any safety violations or concerns.

Continuous Improvement:

Participates in ABM initiatives and activities. (5S events, Kaizen events, weekly CIP meetings, problem solving, improvement projects, etc.) as required Work with team members to provide input to improve process. Provide feedback to your supervisor for process improvement ideas.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of manufacturing industry experience Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to manage multiple priorities to achieve success. Good problem-solving skills Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills.

Work Environment:

This position is based primarily in an office environment with occasional exposure to the production area and warehouse areas, as required. This position requires a minimum of three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) working in the NCC offices in Souderton, PA. Remote working is permitted for up to two days per week. The noise level in the work environment is low.
