In this position, it is expected that the manager will exercise good management skills and be responsible for achieving certain daily goals to include implementing the policies as set forth by management. Applicants should be multi-skilled, a self-starter, possess strong leadership ability with excellent people skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Manager’s duties will include, but are not limited to: Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with residents, co-workers and vendors. Maintain an organized system for accurate record keeping which includes resident files, general correspondence, purchasing and budget logs. Maintain accurate record keeping for all incoming rent collection, including following up with delinquent accounts. Inspect all vacancies on a weekly basis, walk grounds and recreational areas on a daily basis. Ensure that vacant units are rent ready and available to show at all times.

Required Experience:
