We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Facilities Attendant to join our dynamic team in Satellite Beach, FL.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Attendant to support the efficient operation of our facilities. This role requires a strong background in customer service, basic janitorial and basic maintenance services and proficiency in bilingual communication to effectively coordinate with a diverse team and clientele. The Facilities Attendant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the upkeep, safety, and functionality of the amenities area, while delivering exceptional service standards.

Note:

This is a Part-Time position , schedule is Saturday & Sunday (only) from 8 am to 5pm. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills Ability to tolerate exposure to various pool chemicals Ability to recognize problems and respond appropriately and quickly Benefits This is a part time opportunity with competitive compensation Responsibilities Observe and enforce all pool safety rules and regulations Maintain pool deck and surrounding area Light cleaning of pool and surrounding areas Perform regular supply inventories to advise management of needed equipment and supplies, including First Aid kit or equipment Monitor residents during pool hours Record and maintain log of residents’ pool usage Ensure pool maintains local codes/policies for operation Submit daily/monthly pool operations checklist Close pool during signs of threatening weather Perform other duties as assigned
