Student Life Reports to : Dean of Students Position Overview The Female Residential Supervisor creates a safe, supportive, and structured dormitory environment at Florida Prep, promoting student well-being, academic success, and adherence to school policies. This role involves mentorship, operational oversight, and collaboration to support holistic student development.

Key Responsibilities Residential Life :

Manage daily dormitory operations per the Dean of Students’ guidance. Conduct room inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance. Supervise evening study hall to foster academic focus.

Student Support & Discipline :

Mentor and counsel students, resolving conflicts as needed. Enforce Student Handbook policies and address behavioral issues. Communicate with parents about student progress or incidents.

Logistics & Safety :

Facilitate student arrivals, departures, and travel plans. Transport students via school vehicles (e.g., to airports or events). Support campus security and emergency preparedness.

Administrative Tasks :

Provide daily updates to the Dean of Students . Perform additional duties assigned by Dean of Students and/or Head of School . Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in student supervision (residential life preferred). Valid driver’s license with a clean record (CDL preferred). Ability to pass drug screening and criminal background check. Physical ability to lift 25 lbs. for safety/emergency tasks. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills.

Schedule Full-time:

3:00 PM-11:00 PM, with flexibility for events or emergencies.

$37,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
