Full Job Description About Us:

Real Property Management Zenith is a trusted property management company based in Tampa, FL, dedicated to providing rental property owners with professional leasing, management, and maintenance services. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Sales and Public Relations Manager to be the face of our brand in the local real estate and investor community.

Position Summary:

This is an outreach-focused role perfect for someone who loves building relationships, representing a brand, and making meaningful connections within the local real estate ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for introducing RPM Zenith to property investors, real estate brokerages, and other industry professionals—both through one-on-one meetings and networking events.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a brand ambassador for RPM Zenith in the Tampa Bay area Attend real estate networking events, investor meetups, community expos, and industry functions Introduce our services to local investors, realtors, and property professionals through in-person visits, calls, and follow-ups Build long-term relationships with brokerages, real estate agents, and investor groups Coordinate and schedule presentations, coffee meetings, or office drop-ins to build visibility and trust Maintain lead records and activity logs using CRM systems Collaborate with marketing to develop outreach materials and campaigns Monitor industry trends and local events for new outreach opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, or related field is preferred Strong people skills – friendly, confident, and great at making first impressions Previous experience in public relations, field sales, community outreach, or real estate networking a plus Comfortable attending events, speaking with groups, and initiating conversations Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own schedule and goals Familiarity with real estate, property management, or investor markets is a strong plus Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally
