Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Program Director to oversee our care programs and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, social work, and experience in home care settings.

Duties:

• Develop and implement care programs for individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, and seniors
• Supervise staff members to ensure quality care delivery
• Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans
• Manage medication administration protocols
• Uphold resident rights and ensure compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance resident well-being

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Proven experience in program management within home care or senior care settings
• Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities and dementia
• Strong understanding of care plans and resident rights
• Ability to lead a team effectively and foster a positive work environment

Preferred Skills:

• Leadership skills to guide the care team effectively
