  • Atlanta, GA Our client is a large commercial building owner in Atlanta that is looking to add to their team a highly motivated individual looking to get into the business.

This is a high end customer service/marketing position that is the first point of contact for commercial tenants. They work in a wide variety of initiatives including amenities, tenant events, vendor outreach and civic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Serve as liaison between Property Management team and the tenants. Take a leadership role in communicating to/from tenants, vendors, the management team, community representatives, etc. Obtain customized tenant information for points of contact for birthdays, tenant anniversaries, etc.; manage tenant appreciation gifts and recognition. Distribute Welcome Packages for new tenants, to include a pre-determined welcome gift and tenant handbook. Design and distribute frequent tenant correspondence on the upcoming week’s events and activities. Including monthly newsletter. Liaison with community businesses to develop discount programs with exclusive offerings for tenants. Manage Property website, and CP Group app, ensuring website and documents within Angus stay updated. Greet guests and visitors to the management office and effectively deal with their concerns by exhibiting a professional, mature, courteous, gracious and efficient manner. Promote high level of satisfaction among tenants by promptly responding to their service requirements and inquiries. Assure prompt response by other team members through dispatch, telephone messaging and/or other direct contact.

Qualifications:

1+ years of Marketing or customer service experience. Experience supporting a Commercial Property Management Team. Proficient in Social Media, Mailchimp, Canva and PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Excel, Reception, Angus system, certificates of insurance.

Social Media Experience:

Facebook and Instagram business accounts.

Compensation:

Base salary in the 55k

  • 60k/year range Benefits and PTO #INDVIS
