Assistant Property Manager Job Duties:
In the absence of the Property Manager, with guidance/approval from the Area/Regional Manager, has the authority to perform the duties of the Property Manager as required. Compliance with company policies and procedures. Collection, recording and deposit of all Rent and Fee payments. Assist in filing of legal actions for collection and/or dispossessory. Process delinquent notices, returned item notices, and renewal notices; following up on all as required. Move-In and Move-Out Inspections. Verification of occupancy of delinquent units. Assist in enforecement of Lease terms and property rules and regulations. Communicate/Respond to residents in a timely and professional manner. Assist in maintaining all property and employee records per company policy. Assist in timely and accurate reporting of property operations. Provide assistance for Leasing and Marketing as necessary. Additional duties may be assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred Valid Driver’s License 1+ years or more of leasing or related experience preferred Proficient in computer and communication skills
