Area Manager (Property Management) Phase Housing Management LLC New Orleans, LA 70190 A growing property management firm is seeking highly motivated, experienced and energetic candidates for our Area Manager position for various properties in the Atlanta area. Come join us and put your real estate management and supervisor experience to work by joining a team of energetic individuals that strive to make our communities the best apartment communities in the area!
Ideal candidates will:
have 3 to 5 years of property management experience, working with HUD properties. All candidates must be computer literate, specifically in MS Word, Excel and Outlook for Windows.
