out of 5 stars 3075 Holman Dr, Hannibal, MO 63401 We are currently seeking a full-time Residential Property Manager to handle the day-to-day operations of a 48-unit apartment complex in Hannibal, MO. Hourly compensation is based on experience, includes paid vacation and holidays, no health insurance included.
Responsibilities:
- Accept rental applications, complete applicant income and asset documentation
- Complete leases/contracts in a timely and reliable manner, collect rent
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with residents
- Oversee maintenance staff and vendors
- Perform general office duties such as filing, paperwork and answering phones
- Show available units
Skills:
- Deadline and detail oriented
- Business office skills including Microsoft Office software, documentation, and customer service
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
