Community Manager 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Durham, NC 27705 We are seeking a Community Manager for three small apartment communities in the Duke University area of Durham, NC. Qualified Professionals will have at least two years of property management experience in multi-family housing. This position is Full Time and offers competitive pay.
Summary of Position:
Leasing and marketing vacant and upcoming apartments Assisting residents, answering the telephone, and responding to emails Completing all lease paperwork Completing and processing applications Explaining lease agreements and all appropriate addenda to new residents Walking apartments and property to report all necessary improvements. Upkeep the office and clubhouse Rent collections Processing invoices Other duties as assigned
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Job Requirements:
Good organizational skills Good verbal and written skills Strong customer service orientation Must have reliable transportation and valid license
