Property Manager- Wake Forest, Raliegh, Durham, & Surrounding Areas Property Specific Management, LLC Raleigh-Durham, NC Established property management company is seeking a Property Manager in Wake Forest, Raleigh, Durham NC and surrounding areas! Requirements:

• Active NC Real Estate License or successful completion of Real Estate Pre-Licensed class and eligble to take NC Real Estate License Exam.
• Knowledge of Wake Forest, Raleigh, Durham and Surrounding Areas
• Excellent customer service and organization skills
• Excellent work ethic and time management
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and communicate quickly and efficiently
• Willingness to network
• Active driver’s license Experience working in real estate and/or property management is desired but not mandatory.

We are willing to train you if you are willing to learn. This is commission based compensation and new hires will potentially be given a small book of business (number of properties) to manage day one! This will be decided on a case-by-case basis and is determined by availability of properties and the capability of the new hire. You will also be provided with property management leads each month to continue to grow your book of business. As a property manager with our company, you’ll have control of your schedule, your income, and you’ll have the ability to work from home! Please include short introduction and resume when replying. $30,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
