Residential Property Management Specialist Bardon Ridge Apartments Roxboro, NC 27573 Exciting On-site Property Manager opening in NC! We are seeking an experienced candidate in multifamily Property Management to assist in leading, managing and overseeing one of our properties in Roxboro. You will be required to actively lease up this property. The position will be required to work on-site at one location. Candidate must provide effective leadership to ensure the success of the community, while also maximizing the overall operating performance and effectiveness of the assigned property. Ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of proven property or community management.
Responsibilities Include:
Full accountability for asset appearance Marketing and lease up of property Maximize the overall operating performance and effectiveness of the community Full accountability of budget maintenance and reporting Collections Providing superior customer service Effective and result driven leadership Compliance with policies and procedures as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in property or community management Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required Leasing Experience is a must Experience in Virginia strongly preferred Tax Credit Certifications a plus AppFolio experience strongly preferred Clear understanding of budgeting and financial management and analysis Successful experience with lease up properties Outstanding written and verbal communication skills We are proud to offer a competitive salary with superior benefits.
