Leasing Director 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 1000 Lakeside Terrace Court, Wake Forest, NC 27587 We seek an energetic and enthusiastic individual to fill our multisite leasing agent position and our high-end, luxury apartment complexes. This position is responsible for greeting prospective residents, showing them our apartments, grounds, and amenities, and providing them with an unforgettable experience that will make them want to move in today. This role also handles current residents’ questions and assists in resolving any issues they may have while living on the property. The individual in this role also participates in marketing to local vendors posting on the Property’s social media pages.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

High School Diploma. However, the position requires the ability to read and write English fluently, and the ability to accurately perform basic intermediate mathematical functions. A positive attitude and being able to deal with people in a pleasant and professional manner. Sales and customer service experience preferred. Current, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
