EPA Certification Full Job Description Residential Install Manager Location:

We’re currently seeking a Residential HVAC Install Manager to lead and oversee our residential installation crews. If you have a strong background in HVAC installation, proven leadership skills, and a passion for quality workmanship, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate multiple residential HVAC install crews Plan, schedule, and oversee installation projects to ensure timely and accurate completion Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain high performance and safety standards Conduct quality control inspections and verify job completion according to code and company standards Work closely with customers and internal departments to ensure satisfaction and clear communication Manage inventory, equipment, and vehicles assigned to install crews Troubleshoot and resolve technical or personnel issues in the field

Requirements:

5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in HVAC or construction EPA certification required; NATE certification preferred Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and installation practices Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and crews in a fast-paced environment
