Responsibilities:

? Maintain organized and up-to-date files and records to ensure smooth operations.
? Collect and process rent payments accurately and in a timely manner.
? Coordinate maintenance requests and schedule appointments with vendors as needed.
? Organize and manage appointments for residents, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
? Utilize software tools effectively to support property management operations.
? Assist in the administration of affordable housing programs, including Section 8, when applicable.
? Provide administrative support for the management of a senior housing property with 80 units.
