Schedule:

A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health-related field Supervisory experience Residential experience Knowledge of community resources and agencies A valid automobile driver’s license with a clean driving record that meets agency standards

Position Overview:

As a full-time Residence Coordinator (40 hours per week), you will assist in managing the daily operations of four A+ Group Homes. You will supervise and educate residential staff and ensure all program operations align with the agency’s mission and regulatory guidelines.

What This Position Looks Like:

This role actively participates in clinical reviews and recovery planning, ensuring that all documentation aligns with regulatory guidelines. The position helps maintain compliance across programs and contributes to quality improvement initiatives, staff training, risk management, and safety procedures. The role provides emergency support and may fill in at residential sites as needed. It involves advocating for residents, collaborating with treatment providers, and developing community integration activities and treatment interventions that align with individualized recovery goals.
