Our safe communities are kept in excellent condition, staffed appropriately and have a low turnover rate. Actual pay rate is commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of Property Management tasks and work both diligently and accurately. This person will be a self starter comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and completing tasks in a timely manner. Appropriate level of customer service experience required. Actual pay rate is commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Maintain office culture and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures Prepare and distribute multiple forms of communications in a timely manner Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of all data entry Respond to resident related requests and concerns Coordinate with associates to ensure compliance with established policies Perform Rental Agent duties when needed Skills Proven experience in another relevant role Thorough understanding of Leasing office management procedures Excellent organizational and time management skills Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office, Excel Yardi software experience a plus Candidates must have experience in the following:

  • Day to day management experience in the apartment industry or relevant experience
  • Training and overseeing staff
  • Reviewing and analyzing various reports for trends, opportunities and potential problems;
  • Requisite knowledge in maintenance and facility related operations; Candidates must possess the following qualities:
  • Leadership skills to motivate employees towards a common goal;
  • Ability to implement policies and procedures;
  • Ability to effectively communicate, written and verbally, to residents, vendors, superiors and subordinates;
  • Organizational skills to handle many tasks at the same time, achieve deadlines and work effectively and efficiently;
  • Have an acute ability to create and implement operating efficiencies.
