Hanover, PA Pay Rate starts at $19.38 and increases with prior experience

Employee Assistance Program Job Duties:
- Medication Monitoring
- Assistance in client homes (on site) with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
- Driving clients to appointments/ activities in an agency vehicle (SUV/ truck)
- Responsible for delegation of job duties.
- Ability to complete documentation on the computer (electronic medical record)
- Provide human services assistance and advocacy for our clients living with chronic mental health disorders.
- Provide trauma-informed supportive listening services to assist residents during times of crisis.
- Motivate, empower, coach and train staff.
- Good problem solving and communication skills needed to establish and work toward program goals
- Conduct performance reviews, interviewing and training new staff Education and/or
Experience/Qualifications:
- A relevant degree from an accredited college/university; Or equivalent experience: 5 years of experience in the industry
- Knowledge and experience in supervision and management
- Above average written and spoken communication skills
- Management experience preferred
- Pass Initial Screening, PA Criminal, Pre-Employment Drug Screen, and Motor Vehicle Clearances
- Physically able to complete CPR/ First Aid
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
