Employee Assistance Program Job Duties:

•  Medication Monitoring
• Assistance in client homes (on site) with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
• Driving clients to appointments/ activities in an agency vehicle (SUV/ truck)
• Responsible for delegation of job duties.
• Ability to complete documentation on the computer (electronic medical record)
• Provide human services assistance and advocacy for our clients living with chronic mental health disorders.
• Provide trauma-informed supportive listening services to assist residents during times of crisis.
• Motivate, empower, coach and train staff.
• Good problem solving and communication skills needed to establish and work toward program goals
• Conduct performance reviews, interviewing and training new staff Education and/or

Experience/Qualifications:

• A relevant degree from an accredited college/university; Or equivalent experience: 5 years of experience in the industry
• Knowledge and experience in supervision and management
• Above average written and spoken communication skills
• Management experience preferred
• Pass Initial Screening, PA Criminal, Pre-Employment Drug Screen, and Motor Vehicle Clearances
• Physically able to complete CPR/ First Aid
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
