Providence, RI Pay:

Jennifer’s RI Rentals is a fun and exciting Top-Rated Vacation & Short-Term Rental (STR) operator in Providence, managing 25 unique rentals listed on Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com . Our goal is to provide exceptional guest experiences while maintaining smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented Short-Term Rental Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing portfolio of short-term rental properties. This is a flexible position, but requires being in the city between 11AM and 3PM daily and some weekends. Local travel is required to and from the city of Providence for property visits, guest preparation, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will be a team leader with high standards for perfection, strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the flexibility to handle a variety of property management tasks both independently and as part of a team. While previous property management or short-term rental experience is a plus, it is not required — we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to grow in this role!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct monthly inspections of all rental units to ensure high quality standards are met: Enter work orders as needed for repairs or maintenance. Replace any missing items in units prior to guest check-ins. Inventory & ordering of supplies Monitor cleaning staff and check units to ensure each is cleaned to the company’s high standards before guest arrivals. Review guest feedback and resolve/improve any issues that arise. Provide occasional responses to our guest communications team.. Coordinate and execute projects. Communicate regularly with upper management to ensure timely completion of tasks. Assist with vendor coordination, minor maintenance follow-ups, and project timelines. Utilize Google Suite for daily task management, reporting, and communication. On call rotation for escalated guest issues

Qualifications:

Customer service or hospitality experience required. Property management or short-term rental experience is preferred but not required. A team leader. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and proactively. Comfortable using Google Suite (training available if needed). Ability to climb stairs and physically access multi-level properties. Reliable transportation is required. Must reside within a 25-minute commute to Providence, RI. Must be able to speak

Spanish Compensation & Benefits:

Pay range: $30•35 per hour (based on experience) 14 days accrued PTO $25/month phone reimbursement Company tablet provided
