What You’ll Do:
Own the leasing strategy for the community with a performance-first mindset Mentor, support, and guide your team through hands-on leasing and training Lead by example—tour with confidence, close with excellence, and handle objections with grace Drive high-level outreach marketing efforts that move the needle Form local partnerships and execute creative cross-marketing opportunities Ensure occupancy targets are met while maintaining a strong resident experience Must be available to work weekends
Who You Are:
A current or former Property Manager or Assistant Manager looking to return to what you love Leasing expert with at least 3+ years of successful multifamily experience Comfortable working vintage/non-renovated assets—no frills, no fear, just solutions Skilled in real marketing : outreach, events, partnerships—not just Canva posts Calm under pressure, upbeat, and able to lift team morale while driving results Experience with Yardi or similar systems preferred
